Terms and Conditions for Discount Program

• Customer must show ability to afford vet costs, food, and monthly items for the pup, such as enrichment toys, etc.
• In the case of an Alzheimer’s or a developmentally disabled person, a person of responsibility must be must be within the home to supervise the welfare of the pup.
• The pup and the customer must be a match; personalities must be “compatible”.
• A plan must be in place for the responsible party to provide obedience training, house breaking, puppy proofing the home, enrichment ideas for the pup, etc.
• The customer and the kennel Buckingham’s must keep in contact and the customer must document training, vet visits, any special events that the pup/dog attends, with emails, photos, and phone calls.
• Each disabled person’s situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, to assure that the conditions can be met in a convenient manner.
